There is no charge to homeowners for submitting a request or receiving quotes. Contractors in our network may pay us for referrals, which is how we keep the service free.

Quotes you receive are estimates from individual contractors, not offers from us. Pricing, scope, materials, and schedules are agreed solely between you and the contractor you choose. Always get a written contract before any work begins.

We aim to work with qualified local contractors, but we do not guarantee the quality, licensing, insurance, or performance of any contractor. Before hiring, you should verify licenses, insurance, references, and reviews, and confirm the final terms in writing. Hiring a contractor is entirely your decision.

You agree not to misuse the site: no automated scraping, no submitting requests on behalf of others without their consent, and no providing false or misleading information.
